Introduction to Notification

The Notification eService allows you to set up Air, Ocean, and Land notifications for shipment events (milestones and exceptions). Users configure notifications for entire tradelanes, and they can share their settings with their user group. Automatic alerts will be sent by email if a milestone event occurred.

The notification settings are stored in CIS (Air, Ocean) and CTTS (Land).
